Everything. Pet friendly, a huge plus!!! We stayed a week ago on our way to Mobile, AL for Thanksgiving, and stayed again on our way back to Columbus, OH. It's funny that many staff members recognized us and oue're sorry we can't remember r dog. One of the managers with long black hair, sorry we can't remember his name, was so welcoming on our first stay, and this stay as well. Very impressed! He needs a raise!! Also, loved the Kick Back dinner and drinks. The bar tender was there on our first stay and this last stay. What a great memory!! He was so nice, recognized me and asked if I wanted the same drink I had a week ago! Seriously, that's amazing! He needs a raise, too. To all the employees, we were truly impressed with all of you! Also, to the "Big Wigs"..LOL, you should be proud of the people who work for Drury!

We really liked the location. It was a short drive from there to downtown Franklin ( a really cozy village full of nice restaurants and shops). We took UBER and it was around 8$ each way. There are restaurants nearby as well as Wholefoods. Breakfast and snacks in the evening were included in the price, which was a bonus. We also were lucky to check in early at no cost. We stayed on the 9th floor and we had AMAZING views from there. The room was really spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast was varied with healthy options.

The free breakfast was outstanding. So many choices - hard boiled and scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, biscuits and gravy or toast, bagels, or muffins. Pancakes or belgium waffels were available, as well as hot or cold cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and 3 choices of juice. Coffee was plentiful and hot - and there were multiple tea bag choices if that was your preference.

The counter staff were amazing. I arrived really late and had no issues with checking in. When I asked about a special request, I was absolutely accommodated. The bed was love and had no trouble sleeping, especially after a long drive. Breakfast was very nice, and asking for extra supplies was easy. They were also very tentative when I was having trouble with my room AC not working. Will 100% stay again if in Franklin, TN.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. I especially like their “Kick Back” in the evening, especially after driving all day. The last thing I want to do is get back in the car and find a place to eat. Although, this location has an attached restaurant. We didn’t try the restaurant, as we were only there for the one night. The place was immaculate as was our room. Very comfortable bed and we had a pretty spacious shower. Breakfast was great…again, convenient as we wanted to get on road for the rest of our journey.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price included a happy hour and light dinner as well as breakfast The room was very large, clean and comfortable. Management was very helpful with removing incidentals hold on my credit card.

This hotel is very nice and very clean. The rooms are nice, clean, and well lighted. The beds are comfortable. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a pretty big selection of hot and cold food, and was really good, dinner was also good and has some free drinks. The hotel is located in a very nice area near restaurants and shopping, feels completely safe. Over all, this is a very nice hotel for the money. Highly recommended.

The food - Dinner and Breakfast are both delicious and have a good variety to choose from. The coffee is nice a bold 😊 I my past stays I have brought 2 small dogs and the hotel is very dog friendly which an added bonus. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the rooms are fresh which is a double bonus. I also like the fact the hotel excepts Triple A , AARP and others to help with the savings. Thanks again 🌼

Pretty much everything to be honest. However, the free breakfast was the best 'hotel' breakfast i have ever had! my husband definitely agrees with me. The room was spacious and very nice and clean.
